II Professional chef contest "SIMPLY. Food without pathos!"

Promoting of healthy, tasty and simple to prepare food in places of public catering. The development of networks of healthy eating in Western Ukraine.

The work of the participants evaluated by a jury consisting of highly qualified and independent experts. Entries samples measured by several criteria: ease of preparation, taste, appearance. The contest takes place in two stages. Both stages of the competition evaluates the professional jury. The first phase evaluated anonymously, without informing the jury of the competition about its participants.
